Fage Greek Yogurt. As of now, I have mixed feelings about this yogurt. Admittedly, many claim it is an acquired taste that you will grow to love but Im not quite there yet. It is shockingly thick. Cold, creamy, almost like a custard or pudding, this yogurt has some oomph to it for sure. The thing is though that it is so different from typical American flavored yogurt, that it is disconcerting to a certain extent. After googling around, I found that most Fage-ians modify their yogurt with the following:
Berries
Nuts
Teaspoon(s) of Vanilla
Raisins
Dates
Honey
Splenda
I think with a pinch of splenda or honey or vanilla, this yogurt can turn into something I will love and eat on a daily basis.
